Explore Yas island, Abu Dhabi

The artificial island was developed by Abu Dhabi-based Aldar Properties and is spread across the total land area of about 25 km.

The Yas island accommodates the iconic five-star hotel Yas Viceroy , the Ferrari World, Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld, and many more attractions. The Ferrari World is the world’s first-ever Ferrari theme park and delights the visitors with more than 20 thrilling and enlightening rides and attractions. Yas Waterworld also has 43 rides & attractions of which many are one-of-a-kind in the world.

On the shoreline of the island, the Yas Links Abu Dhabi, a prize-winning golf course is constructed, which is voted by the US publication Golf Magazine as one of the 'Top 10 New International Golf Courses'. Another attraction on the shore is Yas Beach, which is the sole beach in the area. People enjoy the beach as it is an ideal place to enjoy the sun and the sand with appetizing foods and drinks. The beach is open from 10 in the morning to 7 in the evening and requires a ticket (kids under 8yrs can enter free).

The island also includes a great shopping destination called the Yas Mall, which is also UAE’s second-largest shopping center. Visitors travelling for business and leisure can equally enjoy the island as it offers something for all.
