Corporate social responsibility in Abu Dhabi

In the United Arab Emirates, the corporate companies are now focusing their attention at contributing to the region and people in which they work. Companies are mainly concentrating on following important issues- the environmental impact that the organization will have, charity, ethical labour practices for the employees and Volunteering. This ideology comes from the concept that companies should not only set their heart on profit maximization but should also look after the betterment of not only their employees but of the planet as a whole.

The city of Abu Dhabi is gearing up to adopt a strategic policy for CSR, and many multinational companies are supporting it. Many companies are also adopting this policy as a means to establish goodwill between the people and in turn create more business opportunities for themselves. They are taking this at the community level to get the people involved in the practice.
