Abu Dhabi to House a Snow Park
Abu Dhabi is slowly but steadily emerging to be one of the most favoured tourist-friendly cities in the world and is already ‘par excellence’ in many fields. This time the city is all set to welcome its newest attraction the ‘world’s largest indoor snow-play park’ to attract even more visitors.
The creators of this theme park are trying to present it till the year 2020 and the preparations also are in full swing.
The park will open in the Reem Mall at the Reem Island and is being developed by the National Real Estate Company which is planned to occupy 125,00 sq ft area. The theme park will include activities like zorbing, luge, sledding, etc. The Reem Mall is expected to open in 2018 and will feature 450 retail stores with 85 food and beverage outlets.
In order to complete the project successfully, Reem Mall has partnered with Majid Al Futtaim Ventures which currently operates Ski Dubai and Ski Egypt. It is one of the most ambitious projects that are going to be undertaken in Abu Dhabi. And it will certainly be a milestone in Abu Dhabi’s luxury tourism industry.
